side of Chicago-of West Lawn neighborhood, beloved wife of the late Kasys
Mazeika; devoted mother of Debra (Mark) Musielak, Angela (Dan Sullivan)
Melnick, the late Steven (late Donna) Mazeika and the late Phillip (late
Cindy) Mazeika; loving grandmother of Casey, Steven, Brian, Chad, Crystal,
and Carrie; dear great grandmother of Casey Jr., Angelica, Emma, Cayslee,
Ava, Casen, and Breanna; fond great grandmother of Julianna.

Resting at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where family and
friends will gather on Monday, February 25, from 9 a.m. until time of
Funeral Service at 12 Noon. Burial St. Casimir Lithuanian Cemetery.
