Scarlett Ava Hernandez, age 7 months, April 28, 2019, cherished daughter of
Ashley Maldonado and James Hernandez; dearly beloved baby sister of Nicolas,
12, Jonathan, 6, Brenin, 6, Jacob, 4, and Quintin, 2; loving granddaughter
of Norma and Edwin Hernandez, Maria E. and Benjamin Maldonado; dearest great
granddaughter of Benito Morales.

Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, where family
and friends will gather on Thursday, May 2, from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral Friday,
May 3, 9 a.m., at chapel, to St. Jane de Chantal Church, 5251 S. McVicker
Ave., Chicago. Mass of the Angels 10 a.m. Rev. Ed Cronin, officiating.
Burial Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
